We want you to love every purchase, and we take great care in crafting and packaging each order. Because many of our products are custom-made or made to order, please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
🧵 Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or made-to-order products — including custom shirts, hoodies, hats, transfers, and personalized designs — are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.
Since each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

Incorrect size or color selection

Change of mind

Customer-submitted artwork or spelling errors
However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly make it right (see below).
📦 Ready-to-Ship Items
Non-custom, ready-to-ship products (such as pre-made patches or transfers) may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused and in its original packaging

Free from any wear, residue, or damage

Returned with proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at customsbyparadise@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
💡 Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
💔 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at customsbyparadise@gmail.com with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll replace or refund the affected item as quickly as possible.
💰 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:
