Thank you for shopping with Customs by Paradise! We take pride in creating high-quality, custom apparel, patches, and transfers made just for you. Please review our shipping details below to understand how and when your order will arrive.
📦 Processing Times
• Ready-to-Ship Items:
Orders that include in-stock products (like pre-made patches or transfers) typically ship within 2–4 business days.
• Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
Orders that include customized apparel or accessories (such as shirts, hoodies, hats, or personalized designs) are processed within 5–10 business days before shipping.
Processing time may vary during holidays, sales, or high-demand periods.
We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible — and we’ll keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.
🚀 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times (after your order has shipped):

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected service.

🎁 Event & Local Orders
If you’re ordering for a local event or plan to pick up in person (e.g., at a market or show), please leave a note at checkout or contact us at customsbyparadise@gmail.com.
We’ll do our best to coordinate a pickup time or ensure your order is ready before the event.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If you don’t see your tracking email within a few days, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.
🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our studio and is scanned by the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as “Delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly to start a claim.
We’re happy to assist as much as possible in helping you locate your shipment.
🌎 International Shipping (Coming Soon!)
At this time, Customs by Paradise ships within the United States only.
We plan to expand to international shipping in the future — stay tuned by subscribing to our email list for updates.
